Job Description • Provide product and service information to customers. • Research required information using available resources. • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Job Qualifications • At least a high school graduate
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
• No call center experience needed
• Good oral and written communication;
• Able to work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work in Davao
