| Job Qualifications | • At least a high school graduate
• No call center experience needed • Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater • Good to Excellent English communication skills(verbal and written) • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule • Willing to be assigned in DAVAO RESPONSIBILITIES • Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues • Determine further action or final completion on customer cases received. • PC and hardware troubleshooting • Test, analyze and clear customer reported trouble • With strong multi-tasking and system navigation skills through use of multiple computer systems Salary Package: 14-18K Shift: Shifting/rotating Schedule Incentives: Performance incentives, Account incentives Perks and Benefits Government mandatory benefits such as ( SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil health and etc), HMO on Day 1 and salary appraisal upon regularization. |
